Athena is a native Houstonian and has served as a community management professional for over 15 years. She began her story at Towne Lake in June of 2021, and her passion lies in strategic planning, problem-solving, and planning for the future success of Towne Lake.

Brian is a California native and moved to Cypress in 2022. Brian has previously managed various communities in the San Francisco, Bay Area for just over 16 years. Brian began his journey at Towne Lake in November of 2022. He is most excited to work with the Towne Lake Community Association team to foster community and ensure quality service and operations.

Betsy is a Miami native and moved to Houston for her undergraduate studies (Go Coogs!). She began her journey at Towne Lake in November of 2018. Betsy loves serving residents, and what better place to do that than here in beautiful Towne Lake! When Betsy isn't at work, you can find her hanging out at the Boardwalk to have dinner with her friends.

Jesus grew up in Houston and has been working around the city for over 25 years. He brings a strong sense of structure and he takes pride in everything he works on. With that, he hopes to show the community that he is here to continue to uphold the standards that are set and to surpass them. He will continue to strive to maintain Towne Lake as a great community for our residents to live in.

Emily Dedmon
Lifestyle Director
Emily grew up in Friendswood, TX and is a proud Texas A&M former student. Her journey at Towne Lake started in April 2022. She works with residents to create an active and engaging lifestyle program for families of all ages. From monthly community-wide events to smaller events for every age group, there is something for everyone! Emily is dedicated to providing residents with a lifestyle program and community communications that boost engagement and involvement across our diverse community.

Mackenzie Strickland
Lifestyle Coordinator
Mackenzie grew up about 40 miles west of Houston in a small town called Sealy, TX. She graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX where she received a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and minored in Business Management. Mackenzie works with our Towne Lake residents and assists in creating awesome events and monthly club meetings. Mackenzie uses her graphic design experience when creating any content for Towne Lake and handles our Towne Lake Lifestyle social media platforms.

Daniel Altamirano
Maintenance Director
Daniel Altamirano is a native Galvestonian. Daniel first joined the Towne Lake team in 2016 as the Maintenance Director. Daniel is responsible for daily tasks and works along side the community manager and the Caldwell Development team to keep the property looking its best!

Victoria Floyd-Perez
Front Desk Associate
Victoria began her journey in Towne Lake in 2016. Victoria greets residents and sets up amenity access at the Lakehouse. Some of her tasks include answering phone calls, assisting new residents with getting connecting to the community amenities, and helping the lifestyle team with rentals. Victoria enjoys going to the boardwalk for dinner and spending time with her friends.
